Allah prays in the Quran—yes, prays. Surah 33:43 says, “He it is who prays (yusalli) for you and His angels too.” The Arabic is clear. The word used is salah, the same root word used for Muslim daily prayers. This creates a serious problem: if Allah is truly God and needs no one, who is He praying to? You can’t twist salah to mean “mercy” or “blessing” because Arabic already has rahma for mercy and barakah for blessing. Even Islamic scholars like Ibn Mas’ud and Ali acknowledged that Allah does three different things: salah, barakah, and rahma—meaning they are not the same. If your god is praying, he is not all-powerful. He is dependent. And a dependent god is no god at all.

But in Christianity, when Jesus prays to the Father, it makes sense—because Jesus is the Son, not the Father. Christians believe in one God who exists as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Jesus praying to the Father is not weakness; it’s perfect relationship. And unlike the confusion in Islam, the Bible speaks clearly and boldly about who God is.

Bible verses:

Revelation 1:17-18 – “I am the First and the Last… I was dead, and now I am alive forevermore.” – Jesus is eternal and conquered death.

Isaiah 44:6 – “I am the first and I am the last; besides me there is no god.” – Only the one true God can claim this title.

Revelation 22:13 – “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.” – Jesus is God from beginning to end.

This is not the God of Abraham. This is not the God of Moses. This is a counterfeit.

Muslims, leave this confusion behind and come to Jesus Christ, the Alpha and Omega, your Savior and Redeemer, the Light of the World!
