Let's call facts for what they are. Mark Carney is a hypocrite. He promises to get rid of the carbon tax ... thinking Canadians are too stupid to realize the carbon tax was HIS policy from day one. And he won't be getting rid of it as much as he'll simply rename and rebrand it.
