BLAZE: HOW TO GET A HUGE WIDE CHEST WITH PEC FLIES, WORKS OUTER CHEST MUSCLES

Spent some time with Blaze today @pro-fitgym deer park, NY. Blaze showed me a fantastic variation on the pec/fly machine. I will personally be adding this exercise to my routine.
Looking forward to following up with Blaze in a few months. This man is on a mission!

BTW, Blaze might be a contender in the 1st Annual Presidential Dip Challenge.
