I am not the mentor for everyone

Learning holistic tools, herbalism, & aromatherapy is a soulful, deep undertaking.

It’s important that you are working with someone you trust, who aligns with your vision, and who can hold space for your values.

I am not your mentor if:

⏰You are not prepared for slow medicine or are looking for quick fixes.

📆You want your learning experience to happen in one weekend. We take a full year together to learn seasonal framework for your practice and to allow your own skills with the medicine to expand.

🌿You aren’t interested in right relationship or learning to hear your inner guidance when working with plants.

⛪️If you expect me or anyone else in our group to have a particular religious affiliation or political views. This is a place where space is held for all.

⚗️You only want to learn herbalism. My students also learn aromatherapy, concepts from Eastern medicine, some modern science, and some bio-hacking.

📍You need an in-person experience. Truth is, there are advantages to a virtual format, namely, that I can provide my energy across vast distances, to remote places, and over a long time period, to anyone who needs that support.
