This Christian Song is based on Song Of Songs 3:1-5. The beloved (Us) is maturing to the point of seeking The Lover (Jesus). The Watchmen are assisting. The Lover is close by and relatively easy to search out. It takes effort - but nothing like what she will go through in chapter 5 when she discovers she can be lukewarm if she's not careful - and goes through a horrendous experience. 'Her Mother's house' is both the realm of the Holy Spirit and nature.
