Ice Cold in Alex (1958)

Set during World War II, Ice Cold in Alex follows a group of British soldiers and a nurse as they make a harrowing journey across the North African desert in an ambulance, seeking refuge in the city of Alexandria. Battling scorching heat, treacherous terrain, and the constant threat of enemy attack, they must also contend with suspicion and tension within their own group.
