A billboard reading “Kleptocracy: Rule By Thieves” with images of Trump and Putin has gone up in Detroit, Michigan.

The billboard says it was paid for by “JOHN LOCKE AND LOAD LLC”. The domestic LLC was officially organized last month in the state according to the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.
