								This is a 30 minute Total Body workout. As Many Reps As Possible(AMRAP). 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds rest between exercises. Use a weight that will challenge you (80-100% Effort / Intensity). If using a Heart Rate monitor(chest strap monitor is recommend) you want to keep your heart rate above 80%.
