Healing Divisions Within The Subconscious Mind Through Hypnotherapy with Oxana Lovich

Hypnotherapy, which can also be considered Shadow Work Therapy in the same breath if intended & executed right.. We're talking about and delving into the unconscious/subconscious worlds within the mind that are usually running the show within individuals.. Unfortunately with many individuals, they are not in tune with those aspects within them and have unresolved issues, traumas, and negative energetic signature memories that keep projecting certain situations in their lives that can become quite the vicious feedback loop if not realized & reconciled.

Another great conversation all around. We were pleasantly intrigued to hear about how the practice of hypnotherapy corresponds to resolving deep recessed memories & traumas that can work to the point of miracles for some. This is another episode dealing with the divisions within one's mind, between the conscious, sub/unconscious aspects within oneself. The world of hypnotherapy can seem a bit uncharted, but for those who really know what they're doing, the results from their patients speak for themselves. When people fear "the dangers of anything homeopathic or alternative medicine," do they hesitate the same way with experimental jabs or anything diagnosed much less prescribed? I've heard quite a few stories my girlfriend told me, and she's helped quite a few quit addictive & destructive habits, clear out a variety of mental blockages, and even sexual blockages through hypnotherapy, which can trigger physical healing & vitality. She does tend to include acupuncture in her specific sessions. And that's the thing, some practitioners have a wide variety of experience, skills & methodologies.. Look for the ones with good recommendations & good track record. What's dangerous is doing a hypnotherapy session who needs some sort of therapy themselves right? Even though we are not too familiar with Oxana's work, we have a great impression after this discussion that her practice, course & book are legit!
