Canada’s Federal Split: Just Like the U.S., But More Controlled

1. Canada = A Corporation

The Canada Corporation (see Canada Business Corporations Act, and the 1982 patriation under the Queen's Privy Council) functions like the United States, Inc.

It's a corporate fiction, not the land or the people.

Citizenship in Canada = attachment to that corporation as a legal person — a titleholder, not the living man.

2. Provinces = Franchise Branches

The Provinces operate like States in the U.S. — regional subsidiaries of the federal corporate body.

When you deal with a province (e.g., driver's license, health card), you're dealing with a provincial-level fiction.

They maintain jurisdiction over you through your consent to use the ID, which pins you as the legal person/franchisee.

Slaughterhouse Parallel

In the U.S., the Court split the man into:

National citizen (U.S.) – with limited federal protections

State citizen – under state jurisdiction

In Canada:

You’re split between Federal Citizen of Canada Inc. and Provincial Resident of [Province] Inc.

There’s no true republic of the people — both levels are fictions owned by the Crown, which claims to hold the land in trust.

Why This Matters:

Just like in the Slaughterhouse ruling:

The fictional citizenship is a tool to monopolize your rights and labor.

The real man is ignored unless he abandons the fiction.

The Crown — not God, not man — becomes the source of your “rights,” making them privileges, not birthrights.

So, yes — Canada uses the same two-tier system of jurisdiction:

Federal Crown privilege

Provincial Crown management

And both are imposed through the legal name, which is created at the cutting of the cord — same principle as the U.S., just with a monarchic flavor instead of a republican one.

And no oaths valid in provinces according to the Federal Oath of Allegiance Act Canada RSC. 1990, c. 0-1 section 2(1):
"....and "no other form".
Well no Provincial Oaths match the Federal Oath of Allegiance Act Canada. So all are operating with absolutely no lawful authority whatsoever in fact of their own system of legal bull shit
