The Patriot Punk and Daniel Wagner went to JAIL! Sheriff Chad Partin of Coffee County, Tennessee was nice enough to give the Punkcast crew a sit down interview & a tour of the Coffee County Jail.
In part 1 you will hear discussions about the Opioid Epidemic, recidivism rates, average population, a little history, and some disturbing facts about the need for defense attorneys in Coffee County.

For clarification, Sheriff Partin jokes about a "riot rumor" in this video. We recorded this the Friday BEFORE the riot that was announced last week. Just wanted to add that in to save any confusion.
