Officer Tenpenny calls CJ with a dirty favor—he wants Carl to frame a District Attorney who's been investigating him and Pulaski. Reluctantly, CJ agrees. He heads to the Vank Hoff Hotel in San Fierro, tails a valet into the underground parking lot, and knocks him out to steal his uniform. Blending in with the other valets, CJ waits until the D.A. arrives in his blue Merit. He takes the car to the Doherty garage, plants the drugs The Truth supplied, and returns it to the hotel lot. Then, with a quick anonymous call to We Tip, CJ sets the trap. Moments later, cops swarm the scene, arrest the D.A., and Tenpenny’s problem conveniently disappears.
