Russian military forces persist in their advancement along the southern periphery of the Lyman axis, expanding the zone of their control in a both southward and northward direction, approaching the border with the Kharkiv region. Concurrently, intense armed confrontations are occurring in the vicinity of Hrekivka, located west of Makiyivka — a settlement that remains among the last in the Luhansk People's Republic to be under Ukrainian control.

The most significant gains have been achieved along the Novoie–Katerynivka–Novomykhailivka line. Katerynivka has been fully liberated, while ongoing hostilities continue for control over Novoie and Novomykhailivka.

The opposing force is endeavoring to deploy reinforcements via armored vehicles; however, these are being neutralized by Russian UAV operators prior to reaching the settlements.

In the southernmost region, Russian military forces are progressing along both sides of the Zherebets River. Assault units have advanced towards Myrne (Dzerzhynske) and expelled Ukrainian forces from Yampolivka, thereby instigating combat on the northern periphery of Torske.

The ongoing hostilities in the central sector, specifically in the vicinity of Nadezhda, have persisted. During the months of February and March, the opposing forces initiated multiple mechanized assaults targeting the village. Recent weeks have seen a marked escalation in activity along the entire front line, including the northern flank in the vicinity of Lozova.

Russian military forces are progressing methodically across multiple sectors of the front, thereby engendering an additional point of tension for Ukrainian commanders. In the wake of the capture of pivotal positions in the vicinity of Katerynivka, the rate of Russian advancement continues to accelerate.
