A US Citizen is not an American

Simple explanation of his-story related to the mercenary conflict disguised as a Civil War - never proclaimed by Congress, never concluded. The Lieber Code put the military in charge (1863) under emergency powers, hence an emergency has been declared ever since.
Now, we all know that The United States of America is a republican form of government, not a Democracy. Yet, all politicians call the US a Democracy.
