Prioritizing Your Kids Above All

I made a post about being a dad who sits on the park bench a few weeks ago and I was surprised at some of the responses.

Some guys didn't have the energy to get off the bench which was the point of the post.

The surprising perspective was from guys who said they didn't play because they were embarrassed.

They were afraid what other people would think if they saw them running around with their kids.

To the person who thinks like that I would ask...

What does your child think when they see other fathers playing with their kids and you choose not to?

Whose opinion do you value more?

Who do you mean everything to? And who do you mean nothing to?

Rise for those who matter.

Put your blinders on.
