As of this morning, HB 1381 is not on the State Affairs Committee agenda. Your calls helped delay this bill from moving forward. While this bill was promoted as aligning with President Trump’s Election Integrity Executive Order, it contains serious flaws—all clearly outlined at DefendFlorida.org.

What’s Really Happening in Tallahassee?
This legislative cycle, multiple bills have been introduced that weaken our election integrity and state accountability:

SB 1118: Strips local county authority—sponsored by developer-aligned interests.

SB 1760 & HB 1445: Put Florida’s America First, Health Freedom Surgeon General Dr. Joe Ladapo at risk of removal.

SB 1249: Gives the GOP Chair unchecked control over who can run as a Republican anywhere in Florida—killing grassroots reform efforts.

HB 1381 would double the machines used, reduces use of paper ballots and manual audits
