🎮🍺 Welcome to SoberKart 64 – Part 1: The Boozy Bowser Race Begins!
Tonight kicks off a brand-new multi-part challenge series where we’re putting a wild, chaotic, and beer-fueled twist on one of Nintendo’s greatest classics: Super Mario 64. But this isn’t just your average Mario playthrough — this is SoberKart style. That means racing, drinking penalties, strategic sabotage, and absolute Mushroom Kingdom madness.

🏰 TONIGHT’S OBJECTIVE: Race to Beat Bowser in the Dark World
This is the first step in our long journey to complete all 120 stars, unlock Yoshi, and claim SoberKart glory. But for tonight’s challenge, we’ve got a very specific goal: be the first to defeat the first Bowser — or pay the price in shotguns. And we’ll have 30-minute timers live to keep the pressure on.

🍄 DRINKING RULES – SoberKart 64: Part 1

Every player starts with 2 beers owed – these MUST be finished before someone defeats Bowser.

Collecting a star = give 1 drink to any player.

Completing a full course (with 100-coin star included) = give 1 full beer.

Unlocking a cap (Wing Cap, Metal Cap, Vanish Cap) = give 1 full beer.

If you die = drink 2 drinks yourself.

Run out of lives = shotgun penalty.

Last player to beat Bowser tonight = shotgun penalty.

💡 Strategic twist: do you go for optional course objectives to punish your rivals? Or speedrun straight to Bowser and force their shotguns first?

🧠 Series Structure:
This is only Part 1 several. In each episode, we’ll set new goals — but remember: the entire series isn’t complete until we 100% the game with all 120 stars and visit Yoshi on the castle roof. Objectives are optional, but skipping them might cost you control later. Every decision matters when drinks are on the line!
