Join me as I head into nature to forage one of spring’s most fragrant gifts — wild garlic! 🌱 In this video, I’ll show you how to safely identify and harvest wild garlic, share some simple foraging rules to follow, and walk you through a delicious homemade wild garlic pesto recipe you can whip up in minutes.

✨ Foraging Tips – Know Before You Go:
✔️ Always positively ID your plant — if in doubt, leave it out.
✔️ Only forage where it’s allowed and safe to do so.
✔️ Take only what you need, leaving plenty for nature to thrive.
✔️ Avoid foraging near roadsides or polluted areas.
✔️ Respect the land and other wildlife that rely on these plants too.
