Rep. Garcia (D): We Must Fight Musk & Trump While Defending Due Process & Const. Rights For Illegals

The host, Alicia Menendez, whose father, Bob Menendez, and stepmother were convicted in a Manhattan, New York, federal court of trading his political influence for gold, cash, and a Mercedes-Benz convertible, and then trying to hide it, is interviewing Democratic Rep. Robert Garcia of California. Garcia declared, “We need to fight Elon Musk and Donald Trump, and the destruction of our federal agencies,” while championing due process and constitutional rights for illegal immigrants, including a guy nabbed with MS-13 gangbangers in 2019, sporting known gang attire police tied to MS-13.

Alicia Menendez said, "I agree with you, is fundamentally not really a question of immigration, but a question of due process. A question of constitutional rights. A constitutional crisis if you will. What does that tell you about where your Republican colleagues are in this history defining moment." Rep. Garcia (D) said Republicans are completely shameful for denying Democrats’ request for an official, taxpayer-funded congressional delegation trip to El Salvador to fight for Kilmar Abrego Garcia.
