Anna took a firm grasp of the PHA vision and went on to create a health hub in her own community in a small town in NSW, Australia. Here she talks about bringing together a group of like-minded people who have had a real impact on the community, breaking down the barriers of isolation and empowering people to take responsibility for their own health.
