Monica is joined by Chuck Gillentine, owner of Defiance Ridge Vineyards. The two will be doing a blind tasting of their new Dry Vignoles and a 2018 Sav Blanc from Vineyard 29 in Napa. This is an Estate wine. Chuck said he hasn't opened one of these in 3 years. This will be interesting to see which they pick. They will also talk about the summer concert series and the upcoming wine dinners. Let's toast together!
