Pam Bondi announces a Christian Task Force to eradicate anti-Christian bias

Pam Bondi: "Thank you all for joining us today. We are excited to be here for the launch of the Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Discrimination, as outlined in the President's Executive Order. Joining me today are members of the task force and individuals who have been affected by anti-Christian discrimination.

Together, this task force will identify any illegal anti-Christian policies, practices, or behaviors within the government, seek input from religious organizations and state governments to end anti-Christian discrimination, and find and correct deficiencies in existing regulatory practices that may contribute to anti-Christian discrimination. As President Trump has stated:

The Biden administration has engaged in a serious pattern of persecution against peaceful Christians while ignoring violent offenses against Christians. The president is right. The Biden Justice Department has abused and persecuted Christians. Pro-life Christians were arrested and jailed for praying peacefully in front of abortion clinics. The FBI spied on traditional Catholics in their parishes.

President Biden declared Easter Sunday as Transgender Visibility Day. No more. Vandalism against churches was eight times higher in 2023 than in 2018. And by order of President Trump, we put an end to these abuses in the Department of Justice from day one. We dismissed three pending cases against pro-life individuals and redefined the FACE Act to ensure these abuses do not continue and that American taxpayers' money is not used to support the politicization of our legal system."
