Host, Tom Donelson, and guest, George Landrith, discuss the Supreme Court’s decision in W.M.M. v. Trump which was a legal battle involving the deportation of Venezuelan immigrants under the Alien Enemies Act. The Supreme Court issued a 7-2 decision without any hearing or even any filing from the government ordering the government to halt deportations temporarily. Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas dissented in a very powerful way to expose the Court's decision as a violation of law. The unconstitutional action of the US Supreme Court in which it violates the Constitution, and gets basic history about the Alien Enemies Act wrong, shows that most of the justices are not very bright or very committed to the rule of law and upholding the Constitution.
