Cooking False Morel Mushrooms

We collected this April almost 1kg of false Morel mushrooms, Verpa bohemica. They were found growing under a Salix sp.

Verpa bohemica are Not to be confused with the true morel (Yeah I refer to them as "morels" in the video), of whose anatomy is entirely different.

Also one should definitely NOT confuse Gyromitra esculenta for Verpa bohemica or ANY other edible "morel" type mushroom. Otherwise it could be DEATH!!!!
