1 can rinsed and drained Great Northern Beans
3 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/3 chopped Kalamata olives, optional
4 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 chopped fresh basil
1 TBS minced garlic
1/4 c crumbled goat cheese for the top (garnish)
