A Non-Toxic, DIY Grounding Sheet for Better Sleep

Almost all grounding sheets or grounding mats are marketed as “non-toxic,” but they are categorically unhealthy! This DIY grounding mat helped me for a while- but live in a changing world, and our bodies are thus constantly adapting to new, more toxic realities.

Always be willing to evaluate any tools you use for health and stop using them if necessary.
