Why do we pursue the flying of small balsa models? Good question. Some like building of the model. Some like the history of attaching a famous pilot to the model. Some like the flying of the model. We all like the friendships it produces.
For me the flying was always the best part. I put myself in the plane and flew like I was inside. This was just a morning flight to shake the cobwebs off. Sometimes those flights that just come naturally are the most memorable. :)
