Man, I felt really low energy and weak, on this particular day. I was also in between shifts, so I had to quickly bike back to work after this, lol. Warmups felt heavy too, so needless to say, I was honestly not expecting to hit 150, then. However, I resolved that I was going to give it a go regardless, and there it was!
Don't sell yourself short! Sometimes you can surprise yourself 💪🏻
