Canadian access blocked to border-straddling library after a century

Sylvie Boudreau, the president of the Haskell Free Library's board of trustees, says "everything changed" under the Trump administration. For 120 years, the library - which sits in both Canada and the U.S. - has allowed Canadians to enter through the U.S. side. Now, Canadians are barred from it and starting on October 1st, everyone will have to go through border control to enter through it. Kristy Kilburn reports.
