Why Do the Celts STILL Hate the English?

Many Celts still seem to despise the English and base their identity on doing so; we see this in vox pops as well as in the behaviour of a Northern Irish 'rebel' rap group called 'Kneecap'. Something about this seems off to me, and far from being anti-establishment, it seems more useful idiot.
