Hot Banana Cereal

My dad ate wheat hot cereal for years. With me being so allergic to wheat he has stopped eating it as well. I found this Creamy Brown Rice Hot Cereal years ago and have been making it for him from time to time. I wanted to make it not so bland and add flavor so this is the recipe I came up with and he loves it.
This is called Gluten Free but rice does affect some with gluten allergies so you be the judge if you can eat it. But we have marked it as Gluten Free
