Good morning, everyone! Starting my day a little later than planned, but no rush—today’s focus is all about shoulder growth. We're hitting the gym for a solid shoulder workout, prioritizing side laterals, upright rows, and of course, shoulder presses. Gotta get those side delts popping for that wide, impressive look!

I’m also throwing in some reverse flies to hit the rear delts, keeping up with my 3-set structure for each movement and finishing with cardio (not nearly enough, but we make do). The goal? Grow stronger, push limits, and get these shoulders looking right! 💥

Post-workout thoughts? Pump felt amazing, striations are coming in, and my posing is improving. Still refining my form and angles, but progress is happening! Also, fun fact: cardio + warm gym = fogged-up glasses—who knew? 😂
