Super Delicious Chicken Spaghetti Dinner

This recipe made 3-4 servings today from a leftover Walmart, Traditional Flavored Rotisserie Chicken, with half of sauce removed from pan (2 cups extra frozen in ziplock bags for future meals). More water, juice, tomatoes and fresh or dry seasoning can be added later to other recipes, including soups or chili. Freeze bags flat, then you can break away as much as you need.

Ingredients:
Cooked pasta, leave a little pasta water to coat pasta and keep moist.
12oz tomato paste
28oz low sodium V8/tomato juice (optional, can swap out some juice with water)
Smart Balance Spread
Parmesan & Romano cheese
Salt pepper to taste
Sprinkle of each:
Ground cumin
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Parsley
Chili powder
Oregano
Pinch of sugar

Chicken Spaghetti Sandwiches are yummy!
Salad with Italian dressing is a good side.
