LAMB-burgers with Big Mac Sauce

We all love a good burger. They're juicy, beefy, cheesy with many different variations. But a burger made with lamb is even better. If you try this big mac lamb burger you will never go back to beef patties again nor will you go back to McDonalds.

☆Recipe☆

-Big Mac Sauce-
•½ Cup Mayonnaise •2 TBSP Sweet Relish •1½ TBSP Mustard
•1½ TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar •2 tsp Sugar
•½ tsp Garlic Powder •1 tsp Onion Powder
•1 tsp (Smoked) Paprika •1 TBSP Adobo Sauce
•½ Onion, diced

*I made 3 patties around ⅓ of a pound each with Hawaiian sweet buns, and pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and a grilled onion patty. The only seasonings you need for the patties are salt and pepper. The big mac sauce will have all the flavor you're looking for.
