SUNSET SPRITZ

A refreshing summer cocktail that captures the glow of golden hour in a glass. It’s light, floral, and just the right amount of bitter and bubbly.

Looking for a non-alcoholic version? Swap the elderflower liqueur with syrup and use alcohol-free sparkling wine. Grapefruit juice and Sanbitter are already booze-free, so you still get all the flavor and vibe – no alcohol needed.

COCKTAIL RECIPE
90ml - 3oz PROSECCO or ROSÉ CHAMPAGNE
30ml - 1oz ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR
30ml - 1oz freshly squeezed GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
30ml -1oz SANBITTER

Pour all ingredients into chilled wine glass and briefly stir. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
