COCKTAIL PEEPING PINEAPPLE MARGARITA

Would you go with pineapple juice or limoncello for the perfect Peep-inspired pop of color?

Ingredients:
* 2 oz tequila
* 1 oz orange liqueur (missed recording this step)
* 1 oz fresh lime juice
* 0.75 oz pineapple juice (for that springtime sweetness)
* 0.5 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
* Sanding sugar (for the rim)
* Marshmallow Peep for garnish

Instructions:
* Rim your glass with lime juice, then dip in yellow sanding sugar. Set aside.
* In a shaker filled with ice, combine tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, pineapple juice, and simple syrup.
* Shake well until chilled.
