For the past 20 years, I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor, mentor, community liaison, youth director, and facilitator—but at my core, I am a "storyteller". My career has always been about people, about listening, learning, and lifting up others. I have sat with individuals through their darkest nights and their brightest breakthroughs. I have heard the whispered pain of loss and the triumphant laughter of survival.

Through it all, I have come to understand one truth: Grace is the act of forgiving yourself. Grace is loving yourself.
