They also renewed a $322,000 grant to Moderna billionaire Robert Langer’s company to abuse dogs in weight loss drug tests.

And right now, NIH and the Pentagon are CURRENTLY paying a lab in China to torture 300 beagles per week. This is all happening under the new Trump admin!
