A new Tractor Implement - Wood Chipper

Bryce and Angel just got a new-to-us PTO driven wood chipper. We bought used. Which is better - new or used? I didn’t have to put it together. I guess that’s a plus. The price was good, but is it worth it? Is it better to rent? Can the RK25 - TYMT25 even power the PTO chipper? There is questions that you can help me answer!
