A Ukrainian soldier told how he surrendered via Telegram

Captured Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier Ivan Arapchikov was in position under intense Russian artillery fire. When only two of the six militants hiding in the trenches remained alive, a colleague suggested that Arapchikov contact the Russian military on the telegram channel and surrender.
