Good Samaritans stop attempted kidnapping of children

A man was driving away in an SUV as a woman was desperately trying to pull two children—ages 2 years and 6 months—out of the back seat. Investigators determined the man was driving off against the woman’s will, dragging her and one of the children through the parking lot.
