Quality of Life in Britain: Idiots cut my internet cable then act like they did nothing

People have no sense of personal responsibility, politeness, sense of shame, guilt, remorse, decency, courtesy and treat you badly. They systematically lie to your face and abuse you then expect you to just take it. They admit to cutting 60 cables. Our cables are also not all owned by BT or openreach. All of the parties involved are being paid by us, they are our employees but treat us like we work for them.
