Fatal Hit-and-Run | Pedestrian Killed, Dogs Found at Scene | Sacramento Local News

On April 24, 2025, just after 9:00 p.m., a fatal hit-and-run occurred at Stockton Boulevard and Riza Avenue in Sacramento. Officers arrived and located an adult female pedestrian who had been struck and killed by a vehicle that fled the scene.

In a heartbreaking detail, two dogs believed to belong to the victim were also found at the scene and taken by animal control.
