The birth certificate, a document ostensibly verifying one's identity, serves as a contractual agreement between the individual and the state. The placement of one's feet on the certificate, accompanied by parental signatures and a witness, effectively creates a partnership between the individual and the "BODY SOCIAL" – a euphemism for the social security apparatus.

This tacit agreement binds one to the whims of the corporate state, rendering them a de facto security asset. The notion that governments can assert ownership over land, air, and water, despite not having created these elemental forces, is a stark illustration of the absurdities inherent to the legalese language game.
