Existing Home Sales Fall to Lowest Level Since 2022

Uncertainty affects everything that people do. In commerce, it can erode values of key items like housing. The "Liberation Day" fiasco drove home prices down like a ski slope. That in turn drove many to pull out of the market, hoping for a turn-around before relisting their home. In other goods and services prices so far have not gotten out of control, but the comments of the Trumpster are so far off on gas and egg prices that I can't help but wonder if Joe Biden is in the White Club wearing a Donald Trump costume.
