Back at the Doherty Garage, CJ finds Cesar frustrated after tailing a target driving a Stratum for hours. The woman drives recklessly and never stops, making it impossible to intercept her without damaging the car—which would render it useless for their car list. CJ comes up with a plan to disable her without wrecking the vehicle: using a car rigged with stingers to puncture her tires. After tracking her down, CJ successfully pulls in front of the Stratum and deploys the spikes, forcing her to stop. He then patches the tires with a repair kit, despite getting the nasty chemical mixture all over his clothes. With the car intact, CJ drives the Stratum back to the garage, completing the mission.
