CJ receives another mysterious call instructing him to return to the ranch in Tierra Robada. There, he reunites with Mike Toreno—revealed to be an agent for a shadowy government organization, not a drug dealer as CJ believed. Toreno explains that he needs someone to carry out sensitive operations, starting with hijacking a truck from a rival agency. CJ must involve Cesar but can’t tell him the real reason. When Cesar arrives, they hop on a motorcycle and chase down the truck on the freeway. CJ lines up beside the rig while Cesar leaps aboard and fights the driver, taking control of the vehicle. CJ then drives the truck and trailer back to the Doherty Garage, completing the mission.
