"In Balashikha, Moscow Region, Deputy Chief of the Main Operational Directorate of the Russian General Staff, Yaroslav Moskalyk, was killed when a bomb planted in his car was remotely detonated as he exited his building. The device was loaded with shrapnel, and Moskalyk died at the scene.
