Forced to use solar power, then they want to block out the Sun! WTF?

I am really living in an insane asylum! The trouble is, its the UK! They want to force us all to rely on solar panels for energy and now they want to experiment with something in the sky to block out sunlight because of the global warming BS! Is it me, or has the county lost it's fu*king mind?
