The review itself goes as follows:

The last time I brought things on Fruugo, Fruugo didn't show me what (e)shop I was buying from. Fruugo is an aggregator - unfortunately, there are (e)shops with bad reviews that I wouldn't buy anything from, but Fruuho conceals the source of the product way too well (either that or I'm blind and I've missed something obvious).

I only brought items from Fruugo twice - the first was a light-based clock which took months and months to arrive (from the Netherlands, if I remember correctly... which isn't that far away from the Czech Republic) and they have seemingly chosen the very poor Czech Postal service to deliver it, while the other time I brought something was a special (and extremely high quality) bag that arrived within a few days (from Italy!) and they even chose a decent quality delivery service to deliver it within the Czech Republic. That's one bad experience and one good one (the latest one is the good one).

While the service of the last (e)shop was great (which is what prompted these emails about reviewing and feedback), I cannot recommend Fruugo due to the reasons described (which are not the fault of the (e)shop that has delivered an order to me as the last one, but rather Fruugo as an aggregator itself).

For some more constructive criticism - check out how Heureka (heureka.cz) does it - not only do they show the e-shops one orders stuff from with a range of eshops for a product while telling the customer the differences for the product per each eshop, but they also show reviews and such per each eshop listed!
